Business Development Representative

Location : Bellevue, WA

Reports to : VP of Operations and Business Development

Type : Full-time

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at B’zoe Care.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, driving sales of private home care services, and developing contracts with staffing partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the healthcare industry and a passion for improving client care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation & Qualification :
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable home care solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to showcase our services.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution :
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with private clients and staffing partners.
  • Market Research & Analysis :
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market developments and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Communication :
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with the care management team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the healthcare industry, preferably in-home care.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Compensation : $30.00 to $40.00 per hour + Commission D.O.E
