Compensation :
$63,000 - $91,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Offer a variety of insurance products, such as life insurance, retirement planning, and long-term care coverage.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to determine the most suitable insurance options for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other prospecting techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
