Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking PRN nurse practitioners to perform in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members.
- Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being
- Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 weekly with the possibility of increased rates
- Flexible shifts available Monday - Sunday, no nights or weekends required
- Short-Term or Long-Term basis
- Pre-scheduled in-home visits with members
- Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Availability Incentives offered
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
As an NP contractor, you will conduct medication and medical history reviews and physical evaluations in a member's home.
