Job Duties :
Support the Hospitality management team performing various administrative tasks
Create agendas and track minutes / action items
Code, submit and track invoices
Prepare and track bids and purchase orders.
Assist hotel interior design staff
Prepare and distribute various hotel communications and reports
Coordinate hotel room requests
Track and monitor guest feedback and brand program compliance
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of administrative experience related to the above duties
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent time management
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proactive and approachable; excellent communication skills
