ROLE DESCRIPTION :
The Neri State Farm Agency (Elbridge location) is seeking a vibrant and energetic personality to service our valued clients.
This position seeks a candidate that can offer exceptional service interactions that reinforce our commitment to our clients and the community.
Attention to detail, exceptional relationship building, and problem-solving skills are necessary to thrive in this role.
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a solution-minded and consultative approach when servicing clients and interacting with industry partners.
Dedicated training and coaching will be provided to foster a proficient knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of clients and partners.
- Establish relationships and engagement with industry partners, clients, and prospects.
- Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate services and solutions.
- Effectively and efficiently address internal and external inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Work with the agency and partners to meet retention and growth goals.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be able to pass and maintain relevant New York State insurance licenses.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in problem-solving and anticipating others' needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail when servicing accounts.
- Successful track record of meeting quotas and deadlines.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior work experience in an office setting or client facing role preferred.
- Pay / compensation dependent on prior experience.
- Bi-lingual speakers strongly desired - Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Arabic etc.
- This is a full-time position however part time availability will be considered for an assisting role.
