Job Title : Senior Marketing Data Scientist
Location : San Francisco Bay Area or Remote (US only)
Salary : $200-225k base + bonus + equity
We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in marketing analytics and machine learning to spearhead initiatives for a company revolutionizing human health.
In this role, you’ll turn data into actionable insights, developing predictive models that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with stakeholders to frame business challenges and develop data models that inform acquisition and retention strategies.
- Design and implement predictive models and marketing frameworks, analyzing customer cohorts to track KPIs such as LTV, CAC, and churn.
- Create A / B testing methods to drive insights into customer behavior, optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Use data to influence marketing decisions around budget allocation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
- Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies for real-time data analysis, ensuring continuous learning and innovation.
What We’re Looking For :
- 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics within consumer-driven industries.
- Proven success in segmentation, predictive modeling, and retention strategies, with a focus on digital marketing channels.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and machine learning. Experience with tools like Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS is a plus.
- Able to translate complex data into impactful insights that support growth in subscription-based business models.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage cross-functional projects.
