THE JOB :

The Software Engineer of Identity and Access Management (IAM) will be responsible for designing, engineering, and implementing SailPoint IIQ / IAM technologies across the enterprise.

This role will serve as a subject matter expert in identity management and developing customized workflows, forms, rules, and certifications to manage enterprise identities.

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer will be responsible for the delivery of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) products and capabilities required to support the enterprise infrastructure and business line applications.

The individual must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude and solid interpersonal skills. The individual must be adept at hands-on SailPoint development, work under minimal supervision, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As Software Engineer IAM, the individual will have strong knowledge of identity services, RBAC, PIM / PAM, MFA, SSO & related standards (e.

g. SAML, OAUTH, NTLM, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI, etc.) and experience with IAM products such as SailPoint and others like BeyondTrust, OKTA, Azure AD, and Active Directory.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

  • Integration of applications with SailPoint including various integration methods such as delimited, Web service (REST), LDAP, JDBC, SAP, Unix, Oracle Direct, and Custom.
  • Working with customer / stakeholder teams to support application onboarding to SailPoint.
  • Develop and maintain proper documentation including configuration specifics and procedures for implementation and ongoing operation / maintenance of solutions.
  • Provide high-level estimates for various tasks and projects and assist with project planning and delivery.

ANALYTICAL SKILLS :

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze client requirements and refine technical solutions.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation related to IAM processes, configurations, and system changes.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Bachelor's degree in management information systems, network security, computer science, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of prior relevant experience in design, build, and deployment of software solutions or industry experience in the identity and access management domain.
  • Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow-like platforms.
  • Detailed knowledge and experience with automating IGA processes by leveraging out-of-box capabilities, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), or custom-built connectors / APIs.
  • Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role-Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty.
  • Experience with centralized and decentralized IGA models.
  • Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer.

PAY RANGE :

The typical pay range for this role is :

Minimum - Maximum $58,466.40 - $125,400.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan. Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans.
