Role : Certified Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Tech (Allied)
Location : Rochester, New York, 14617
Shift : 10 hrs Day Shift
Job Description :
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgical instruments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
- Focus on maintaining a sterile environment, preparing instruments, and assisting during surgeries to ensure successful outcomes and minimize risks.
- Trained in cardiovascular procedures and instruments, essential for supporting surgeries like CABG and valve repairs.
Education :
A high school diploma or equivalent; completion of a surgical technology program with a focus on cardiovascular procedures is preferred
Documents / Certifications :
- NBSTSA Certification REQUIRED - Must be certified!
- Cardiac experience required! This is a CV OR Tech position.
- Must be competent in CT surgery
