Asa RegisteredNurse(RN) inthe healthcare industry you will provide highquality patient carein various settings including hospitals clinics and communityhealth organizations.
Your role is crucial in assessing patientneeds implementing care plans and collaborating with healthcareteams to ensure optimal patientoutcomes.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Conductthorough assessments of patients health status including physicalexams medical histories and vital signmonitoring.
- Developand implement individualized care plans based on patientassessments ensuring they align with best practices andevidencebasedguidelines.
- Safelyadminister medications and treatments as prescribed monitoringpatients for side effects andeffectiveness.
- Educatepatients and their families on health management treatment plansand preventive carestrategies.
- Workcollaboratively with physicians specialists and other healthcareprofessionals to coordinate patient care and resolve healthissues.
- Maintainaccurate and timely documentation of patient care activitiesassessments and outcomes in electronic health records(EHR).
- Adhereto infection control protocols and safety standards to maintain asafe environment for patients andstaff.
- Actas a patient advocate providing emotional support and guidancethroughout the treatmentprocess.
- Stayupdated on current nursing practices medical advancements andregulatory changes through ongoing education andtraining.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate s degree in Nursing (ADN)from an accreditedprogram.
- Validstate RN license and current CPRcertification.
- Previousexperience in a healthcare setting preferred with specificexperience in areas such as critical care pediatrics or geriatricsbeingadvantageous.
- Strongclinical skills critical thinking abilities and excellentinterpersonal communicationskills.
- Demonstratedability to provide compassionate care and maintain patientconfidentiality.
