Compensation :
$110,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
- Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine property values
- Schedule and conduct listing appointments with potential sellers
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers
- Host open houses to showcase properties and attract potential buyers
Qualifications :
- Must hold a valid California real estate license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate sales
- Successful track record of closing 2-4 real estate deals
