The Supervisor role is a position leading union represented mechanical / electrical / optical assemblers in solder, bonding, and test.
Responsibilities include; prioritization of hardware through assembly processes, hardware status reporting to center and program leadership, management of quality, schedule and cost goals for multiple work cells, support development and implementation of process improvements, energize team members and set the standard for performance excellence.
Must have strong communication written and oral; build effective relationships; and ability to resolve conflict.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, flexible environment, including overtime periods, as needed.
Our manufacturing shifts are first, second and weekend shifts 4 / 10 schedule.

Desired skills
Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership competencies consistent with the tenets of Full Spectrum Leadership
Experience with tracking and managing cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
Experience working and leading in a union environment
Performance Management Team experience
Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
Test and Assembly Experience
