At Raytheon, we are seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer - Deputy Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead to assist in managing program-specific tasks and activities while working closely with other team members and stakeholders.
This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to contribute to bidding efforts, change management, and proposal generation.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with IPT leads and component leads to manage team execution of program-specific tasks
- Assist with bidding efforts, change management, and proposal generation
- Participate in prime / customer meetings, technical exchange, and working group meetings
- Communicate IPT status, issues, and resolution plans to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and subcontractors
- Support internal program activities such as risk management, financial forecasts, and impact assessments
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
- Active Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance required prior to start date
- Experience with bidding efforts, change management, and proposal generation, as well as business and project management tools and procedures
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle using Agile concepts and system engineering areas is desired
