KeyResponsibilities
Lead Management
Efficiently filter and qualifyincoming leads to identify highpotentialprospects.
Utilize CRM toolsefficiently to manage and track leads sales activities and clientinteractions. Proficiency in HubSpot is highlydesirable.
Support CSO toIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through variouschannels including networking cold calling and inbound leadfollowup.
Client Interaction and SalesExecution
Promptly schedule and conduct meetingswith potential clients to understand their needs and presenttailored solutions.
Conductlive sales calls negotiate and close deals promptly to achieve andexceed salestargets.
Prepare and delivercompelling sales presentations to potentialclients.
Support CSO toDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve companytargets.
RelationshipManagement
Develop and maintain longtermrelationships with clients fostering loyalty and repeatbusiness.
Build and maintainstrong longlasting relationships with clients to ensure a highlevel of customer satisfaction andretention.
CrossSelling andUpselling
Identify and capitalize onopportunities to crosssell and upsell additional products andservices to existing clients.
IndustryExpertise
Apply knowledge and experience inselling steel structures to provide informed and relevant solutionsto clients.
Collaboration andStrategy
Work closely with marketing operationsand customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to clientmanagement.
Collaborate withthe customer support team to address client concerns and improveservice delivery.
SupportCSO to Conduct market research to identify industry trends andopportunities forgrowth.
Prepare regularsales reports and forecasts to track performance and informstrategy adjustments.
Workclosely with the marketing team to develop promotional materialsand campaigns to support salesefforts.
Feedback andImprovement
Gather and analyze customer feedbackto improve products services and customerexperience.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience preferably in thesteel structures or constructionindustry.
Education : Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a relatedfield.
Skills :
Strongnegotiation and dealclosingskills.
Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills.
Ability to workindependently and collaboratively within ateam.
Proficiency in CRMsoftware (e.g.HubSpot).
