Responsibilities
- By constructing the experience perception and analysis capability of the Tiktok Seller platform and internal operation platform, and linking it to business indicators, drive the product manager team and develop team to continuously optimize the experience.
- Enhance front-end engineering research and development efficiency and optimize user experience through LLM (Large Language Models) and AIGC (AI Generated Content) capabilities.
- Develop a localization solution for front-end technology in Europe and America.
Qualifications
Who we are Looking For
- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas
- 2+ years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Java, Python etc.
- Proven experience with JavaScript / HTML / CSS, and React / Vue / Angular.
- Experience in solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
- Good understanding of business, technical abstraction and system module design
- Great to have experience in digital experience analytics tools
- Great to have large-scale website architecture experience.
- Great to have E-Commerce products experience
