The Amazon Advertising team is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support two Directors in the Amazon Demand Side Platform organization.
This role will primarily support two leaders who oversee teams of 200+ employees in total. This position will serve as part of a close-knit EA team supporting the broader Advertising organization of 16000+ employees worldwide.
This role requires outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service-oriented.
This position requires high levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
A successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, will be tech-savvy, resourceful, and a creative problem solver.
They will act as the unifier of the team through team socials, events, and programs. They will also partner with onsite operational teams to support the Amazon Ads Seattle location and play a major role in the team's overall site strategy in our Seattle office.
This position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships, and operate with a good sense of humor.
This is a Seattle-based role; the ability to work a minimum three days a week in the office is required.

- Managing complex calendar requests, meeting invites and conference room logistics
- Planning international and domestic travel
- Processing expense reports
- Managing large event logistics (in-person and virtually), including catering, preparing agendas and materials to ensure the meetings are productive (e.
g. Town Hall, onsite business meetings)
- Space planning for the team in Seattle, coordination and execution of office moves
- Boosting morale, recognizing outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same
- Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items
- Driving team mechanisms (e.g., staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, team-building events, launch events and team recognition)
- Identifying internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative way
A day in the life
Every day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, working with other Executive Assistants to schedule complex meetings, and partnering closely with executives and their business partners on projects and initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
