Job Title : Personal Trainer Director (Sunrise + Coral Springs Location)

Job Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer Director to lead and oversee our fitness training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of personal trainers, developing comprehensive fitness programs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality training services to our clients.

The Personal Trainer Director will play a key role in enhancing the overall fitness experience for our members while contributing to the growth and success of our fitness facility.

Responsibilities : Team Leadership :

Team Leadership :

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of skilled personal trainers.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and growth within the team.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.

Program Development :

• Design and implement effective and diverse fitness programs tailored to meet the varying needs and goals of clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging fitness methodologies, and incorporate innovative techniques into training programs.
• Collaborate with the fitness management team to align programs with the overall fitness facility objectives.

Client Engagement :

• Interact with clients to understand their fitness goals, preferences, and any special considerations.
• Ensure excellent customer service through personalized training sessions, progress tracking, and ongoing communication.
• Address client feedback promptly and work towards continuous improvement of services.

Quality Assurance :

• Maintain high standards of service delivery by regularly assessing the competence and adherence to guidelines of personal trainers.
• Conduct periodic audits of training sessions to ensure consistency and quality.
• Implement corrective measures and additional training as needed.

Sales and Revenue Generation :

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote personal training services and generate leads.
• Drive personal training sales by effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients.
• Explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling personal training packages.

Professional Development :

• Facilitate ongoing education and training for personal trainers to ensure they stay informed about industry advancements and maintain relevant certifications.
• Encourage trainers to pursue additional certifications and specialties to enhance their expertise.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field or Associates (Master's degree preferred).
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACSM, ACE).
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team of trainers.
• Sales and marketing experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
