A company is looking for a Hospital Coding Specialist (Remote)Key Responsibilities : Provide efficient and effective coding services for member clinicsAbstract clinical data from patient records and assign accurate codesAssist in resolving coding problems, enhancing revenue cycle efficiency, and maintaining positive relationshipsRequired Qualifications : Minimum of high school diploma or GED, or relevant experience with some higher educationAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of relevant experience, with coding certifications from AAPC and AHIMA requiredKnowledge of Medical Terminology and billing processes, with FQHC / RHC experience preferredDual language skills, specifically in Spanish, and experience with Epic practice management system desired
