Requirements :
- Leverage expert knowledge of project management to help clearly define project plans, risks, and pathways to success with a focus on complex projects that involve cross-functional teams
- Perform core project management duties, including developing project plans containing budget details, project timeline, project RACI, and resource plan, communicating task assignments, following up on project issues and risks, communicating due dates (client and internal), ensuring reviews are scheduled and occurring and leading internal calls (phase kickoffs, status calls, project post-mortems).
- Set up and maintain projects in the project management system, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and resources are accurately tracked and updated
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports, detailing progress, financial status, and key performance indicators to internal leadership
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring projects are completed within budget and maximizing profitability
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time while constantly striving to improve processes to allow for more efficiency and innovation
- Support the sales team in project scoping, providing expert insights to accurately define project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
- Support Operations software adoption and champion our tools for utility and compliance across the agency
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree and / or any combination of education and relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a project manager or at least 1 year in a Sr. PM role within a marketing agency environment
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Wrike, Asana, ClickUp).
- Experience with project planning, task management, budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret data that will inform project and organizational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), comfortable leading meetings across various teams and organizational levels both in person and remotely.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the proven ability to meet deadlines and independently prioritize and problem-solve while escalating deviations and changes when appropriate.
- Comfortable collaborating with remote project teams nationwide.
Salary, Perks & Benefits :
Salary starts at $80,000.00 and will be commensurate with experience.
