Overview of Chief Information Security Office (CISO) :

The Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is home to deeply talented colleagues that work to ensure the safety of Citi's clients, our revenue, our employees, and our proprietary data.

We manage information security as one end-to-end program with a clear mandate and accountability. Our mission is a program that is fully anchored to modern control and architectural frameworks, is fully aligned with the enterprise architecture of the firm, and is deeply integrated into the sectors and functions.

Role Overview :

This role will report to the Head of Cyber MCA, Regulatory Management, Controls, and Quality Assurance group, responsible for implementation of Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) for CISO organization, management of CISO owned processes, and identification of applicable controls to manage cybersecurity risk.

This role will serve as the Cybersecurity Lead for Enterprise Architecture Methodology.

The role will proactively engage and provide representation for CISO in Citi Consent Order / Transformation activities related to CEAM integrations and its process intelligence, process modeling, integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology, and guidance to consumers across the enterprise of Cyber CEAM processes.

The role will additionally support the CISO MCA Governance Team in managing global process profiles for CISO processes as well as advance partnership with the data governance and business architecture organizations.

Responsibilities :

• Engage with Business Architecture in managing CISO owned processes and support roll out of the CEAM operational tools within CISO organization.
• Provide guidance and support to CISO process owners in all activities related to managing CISO processes and help process owners navigate their new responsibilities.
• Provide direction to ensure consistency and efficiency of application of the Transformation models that align and integrate with Cyber objectives across the organization.
• Spearhead efforts on building and maintaining Target State Process Models for CISO owned processes.
• Directly support efforts on creating and implementing Global Process Profiles for CISO processes and support future state MCA governance.
• Support integration of CEAM methodology across the wide variety of applications and user cases.
• Gain deep knowledge of enterprise policies, standards, and requirements of the Enterprise Architecture Process Governance Policy (EAPGP), Enterprise Architecture Process Governance Standard (PGS), Citi Data Governance Policy (CDGP), and Citi Data Governance Standard (CDGS).
• Support CISO businesses in second and third line reviews and challenges related to CEAM.
• Actively manage relationships with engineering, operations, application, and risk management teams to achieve sustained success.
• Educate and train people at all levels on Enterprise Architecture Methodology.

Qualifications :

• Experience in Enterprise Architecture Process governance, Data Governance Policy, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Governance, Risk and Control (GRC).
• Risk Management and / or Project Management certifications are a plus (e.g. CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, PMP).

• Familiarity with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a plus.
