Learning and Adoption / E- Training Lead-Must come from law firm

Our global client is seeking an E-Training Lead who will create and deliver in-person and virtual instructor-led technology training across applications and platforms. Adoption is key.
Responsibilities
- Determine training programs needed across the organization.
- Design and implement in-person and virtual training sessions using web-based applications and other available technology
- Provide coaching as needed.
- Gather and document training content feedback
- Create training documents and content using tools available
- Work with other IT departments to help ensure adoption of new technology.
- Develop questions for students to answer to determine comprehension and retention of course materials
- Participate in application pilot programs
- Evaluate and prioritize training, tasks, processes, and projects.
- Keep abreast of IT and Learning industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years training on Microsoft Office and Windows 10
- 5 + years training on iOS and Android technologies.
- Design experience using tools such as Microsoft Word and Articulate Rise.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to pivot and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong creative thinking, writing and documentation skills.
- Likes to stay ahead of and learn new technologies
