Employee Occupational Health RN
Hutchinson Health is seeking a part-time 0.8 Employee Occupational Health RN. Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and staff receive every day.
This RN works in close partnership with Safety and Infection Control, to oversee comprehensive health programs that include pre-placement health assessments for new employees, ensure hospital compliance with OSHA regulations, Joint Commission standards and CDC regulations regarding employee occupational health.
Includes employee medical surveillance evaluations, preventive immunizations / vaccinations, and response to infectious disease exposures.
Maintains educational programs and records according to regulatory and hospital standards. Provides case management for ill / injured employees.
- The work schedule is mostly days with some flexibility for seasonal coverage outside normal business hours.
- Qualifications are RN with a minimum of 5 years post licensure nursing experience. 2 years occupational health, public health or ambulatory care experience and BSN preferred.
