Required Performance

WHAT YOU WILL OWN (including, but not limited to) :

Social Media and Email Marketing Assets : Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.

Ensure all assets align with New U Life’s brand standards.

• Website Development Support : Assist the VP of Marketing in developing and maintaining the website’s visual design. Provide support in updating and enhancing web pages to improve user experience.
• Online Store Management : Manage and design visuals for the NewULifestyle online store. Ensure the store’s design is consistent, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
• Global Content Marketing Support : Collaborate with the global content marketing team to create and adapt designs that cater to a diverse, international audience.

Ensure all creative content is culturally appropriate and market compliant.

• Creative Team Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team on larger brand initiatives. Support various projects by providing design assistance and contributing to the overall creative vision.
• Design Execution : Handle design projects from concept to final deliverable. Prepare files for digital use, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms.
• Interdepartmental Teamwork : Collaborate with copywriters, web developers, and marketing specialists to complete projects within deadlines.

Ensure all designs meet project requirements and enhance the intended message.

• Asset Management : Maintain and organize creative assets, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
• Trend Analysis : Stay updated with market trends, competitor designs, and emerging technologies to ensure New U Life’s designs remain current and competitive.
• Stakeholder Communication and Review : Manage an efficient review and feedback process with stakeholders, ensuring that designs meet the intended message, audience, and project requirements.

Use project management tools to keep tasks organized.

Additional duties as assigned.

II. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

• A track record and portfolio in graphic design.
• Knowledge of fundamental design principles and practices as normally acquired through at minimum - a bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the areas of graphics, art, advertising, HTML, UI / UX concepts, art history, mediums, and digital graphic design preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other similar design software.
• Ability to think beyond traditional design concepts and generate design ideas that inspire and captivate consumers and satisfy the requirements of the field.
• Computer literacy in a Windows environment with a desire to leverage technology to find solutions. High level of Microsoft Office competency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

B. Knowledge, Skills, and Physical Requirements

• Ability to work within a diverse team with varying levels of experience to produce the highest quality creative materials.
• Ability to self-manage while executing complex deadline-oriented projects. Solid project management skills and organization skills needed.

Ability to pay close attention to detail.

• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills required.
• Understand the principles of public relations and outreach programs to build a larger community that will empower the New U Life brand.

C. Preferred Skills

A knowledge of social media marketing management software platforms, photography, videography,

and graphic design platforms, such as software consistent with Adobe Suite.

Knowledge of web development principles in HTML, CSS, CAD, and Wireframes.
