Job Title : Retail Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary :

In this role, you'll support our client by ensuring efficient operation of the Branch including everything from customer service to P&L.

You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to ensure their growth and hold them accountable to company standards.

  • Knowledge of the products, services, and systems of the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare written materials to meet purpose and audience.
  • Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Gives attention to detail and follows company instruction.
  • Establishes goals and works toward achievement of those goals with their team.
  • Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage personnel relating to training, development, motivation, retention, and discipline.
