Job Title : Retail Assistant Store Manager
Job Summary :
In this role, you'll support our client by ensuring efficient operation of the Branch including everything from customer service to P&L.
You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team to ensure their growth and hold them accountable to company standards.

- Knowledge of human resource management and the ability to manage personnel relating to training, development, motivation, retention, and discipline.
