YOUR ROLE

Get ready to let your customer service skills shine as a Collections Analyst! You're on the front lines of our call center, answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls to speak with customers about their overdue payments and delinquent accounts.

With an upbeat attitude, you interact with customers, answer their questions, and request their payments. You build a rapport with customers, process their payments, and verify their information to ensure accounts are properly updated.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English communication skills and phone etiquette
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills
• Positive attitude, desire to learn more, and good attendance

YOUR HOURS

Our entry-level Collections Analyst typically works from Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm . We're flexible with scheduling and you can work from home.
