We rotate unless skill mix is needed. Patient Experience requirements : Bedside Rounding, Hourly Rounding with 5P s checked.
Reporting to PCT s of known needs at beginning and during shifts, Check glass board for dept focus areas, Scrolling video kiosk available as well as email for update references.
Hospital Specifics- Certifications : BLS / ACLS / NIH Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Cardiac knowledge preferred Must have : ACLS / BLS Advanced skills needed : Knowledge of Heparin, Cardizem, Dobutamine, Dopamine, and Amiodarone drips Procedures performed on unit : Chest Tube management, wound vac management, EKG s ad lib, Certifications Required : ACLS Dress Code : RN- Navy and CNA / PCT- ceil blue scrub set and jacket (if desired).
May wear white, blue, grey, or black tshirt underneath if desired- no graphics. No artificial or gel nails or gel nail polish Unit Guidelines / Policies : Documentation of telemetry application, acknowledging rhythm strips and place in chart each shift.
