We are currently searching for a Residential Real Estate Pre-Closer / Transaction Coordinator in our Charlotte, NC office to join our growing team! You will assist in handling real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities :
- Assist the Closing Paralegal with all aspects of the closing process
- Order HOA Statements and Mortgage Payoffs
- Communicate with buyers, sellers and agents regarding closing times, locations, etc.
- Assist in preparation of closing documentation
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in real estate
- Have a basic understanding of real estate title
- Great communication skills and customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to move quickly between tasks
- Highly organized
