Supervise hourly staff in food preparation, assembly and service to patients and retail customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Specialized Training / Licensure : High School or GED
License & Certifications : Food Handlers Certification, Serve Safe Certification
Work Experience : 3 years in food or hospitality service
Experience : 1 year in food or hospitality as Senior Worker, Lead or Supervisor
Equipment Operated : Oven, Steam Cookers, Meat Slicer, Deep Fat Fryer and Grill
Communication Skills : Writing / Composing (Correspondence / Reports)
Other Skills : Mathematics, P.C.
