DESCRIPTION
- RunandprepareprofitrecognitionforWorkin Processschedulesfor3Companieswhichisreviewedby theCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.
- Preparationofmid-yearreforecastandannualbudget.
- Maintainall insurance schedules(GL,WC,Auto,etc.).Included by not limitedtothe preparation of monthlyentries,participationinauditsanddevelopmethodsofforecastingforthepolicy period.
- PreparationofbindersforExecutiveManagementthatincludeinternalP&Ls,cashflows,aged receivables,andWIPReportsforalltradelines.
- PreparationofmonthlyandquarterlyperformancefinancialschedulesforreviewbyTutorPerini Corporate, theCFO,ExecutiveManagementandOperations.
- PreparationofweeklyfinancialreportingschedulestoTutorPeriniCorporate Treasury.
- Preparationofmonthly Accounting Scheduleswhich include : Statement ofCashflow, WIP reconciliation, PP&E, Debt, BusinessInsurance.
- PreparationofmonthlyinternalfinancialsfortheBuilding,JOC,MechanicalandCloseOutGroup.
- Preparationofmonthlyconsolidationandeliminationentries.
- Performotherdutiesasassigned.
- Coordinatorforinternalandexternalaudits.
- RespondtimelytoinformationrequestsfromTutorPeriniCorporate, CFO, ExecutiveManagement, and Legal.
- Adhocreportingas needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management orrelative from an accredited institution and1O+ yearsoffinancial experience inConstruction, Engineering,Architecture,orGeneral Contractors financials.
Masters degree preferred
- SignificantknowledgeofProjectControls / Projectmanagementprocesses
- PMICertificationorothercontracting / projectmanagementcertificationspreferred
- KnowledgeofAccounting / Financeprinciplesandpractices(GAAP)
- Construction Accounting Experience, AIA Billing, CertifiedPayroll, JobCosting, Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Budgeting preferred
- Systems Skills-Oracle JDEdwards, Microsoft Excel, HyperionHFM, Essbase, Textura, SCA LCMS, Prolog
- Organizationalskills tomanage multiple deliverables andusedecision-makingcapabilities and judgement to prioritize
- Excellentwrittenandverbalskills

Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on experience
