Job Summary :

Epitec is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our Marketing Support Team. The ideal candidate will manage the intake and execution of new marketing projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and achieving desired results.

Utilizing the Wrike ticketing system, the Project Manager will oversee all aspects of project planning and implementation.

• Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST hours, working remotely.
• Pay Rate : $30 - 34 / hourly.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the intake of new marketing project or program requests.
• Plan, implement, and oversee all aspects of assigned projects or programs to achieve business goals.
• Drive project execution, ensuring continuous progression through the PM process.
• Create, update, and manage detailed project timelines.
• Provide direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements.
• Act as a traffic manager, distributing assignments among the Marketing Production team members.
• Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans and requirements.
• Participate in product, operations, sales, and marketing meetings to understand project scopes.

Required Education and Experience :

• 3-5 years of relevant project leadership and / or coordination experience are required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Wrike project management system.
• Working knowledge of Asana project management system.
• Project Management certification.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent facilitation and team leadership skills.
• Proficient in conflict management and problem-solving.
• Strong consultative and customer focus skills.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of the Adobe product suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
