Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - Postpartum / Mother-Baby - Nursery

Shift : Variable D / N, 7a-7p / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week, Every other weekend

Length : 13 weeks

Requirements :

• SC or Multi State / Compact RN license
• 2 Years' Experience
• Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience
• Charge nurse experience
• BCLS
• STABLE preferred

• Ratios : 1 : 6
• Local Radius : 60 miles
• Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge.
• Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.

About the Position

Position / Specialty : Nursery RN

Shift : Will work 3x12 nights 7p-7 : 00, or 3x12 days 7a-7 : 00p (as needed by the facility)

Ratios : 1 : 6

Weekend REQ : Every other weekend

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : No call but could change based on the unit needs

Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes, within the women's area of the facility if needed

Required / Preferred

Years of experience REQ : 2 years of experience

First-timers accepted : No

License REQ : SC or Multi State / Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start

Certs REQ : BLS, NRP

Certs Highly Preferred : STABLE

Special Requirements : Charge nurse experience required, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge.

Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) : Requires managers approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs

Local Radius : 60 miles

Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate

RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs

Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
