Job Description
Responsible for supporting sales manager by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads.
Primary Responsabilities :
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Address issues bordering delivery of goods / services, and resolution of customer complaints
- Collaborate with sales manager to plan and develop effective sales strategies and set goals
- Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base
- Assist sales managers in the planning and organization of sales strategies
- Drop off / pick up equipment from facilities (Company car will be provided)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
