Family Practice Compensation Model
The following is a list of the compensation and benefits to be included in an employment contract.
Term Twenty-Four (24) Months
Base Compensation $Competitive Base Salary (higher with experience)
Productivity Package WRVU's >
4800 (MGMA Median) Paid at $33.00
Health Insurance Covered by the Practice
Disability Insurance $6,000 per Year for Documented Expenses
Dues / Membership / CME Fees $5,000 per year for Documented Expenses
Malpractice Liability Covered for Active Physicians; Tail Prorated Based on Length of Service
Personal Leave 4 weeks (20 days) Paid Time off for Sick / Vacation Time
and 7 Holidays
CME Leave 2 weeks (10 days) Paid Time Off for Educational Purposes
Pension Plan 401(k) With a 4% Match capped at IRS Limit
Sign On Bonus $15,000
