Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best terms and prices
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
- Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
- Interact with potential buyers to showcase properties
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation and exceptional people skills
- Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation and a drive for sales success
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and technology
- Must be 18 years or older
