The Job :
As Senior Digital Product Designer, you’ll be part of our Corporate Information Technology team working as a Remote employee.
The Senior Digital Product Designer will lead the creation and iteration of high-quality user experiences and product designs.
This role involves guiding the design process from conception to final implementation, ensuring that products meet user needs and business objectives. You’ll get to :
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that design decisions are based on thorough research and user testing.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design the best possible user experiences.
- Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Establish and maintain design standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
- Review and critique your team's work to ensure high-quality design output and alignment with the product vision.
- Manage the user experience design team's workload and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and business goals.
- Communicate design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team ahead of the curve.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap and advocate for the role of design in product development.
The Person :

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in UX design.
- Proven experience with headless frameworks and modular UX development
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodology.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or similar.
- Experience in the specific industry relevant to the company's products.
- Knowledge of front-end development practices and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
- Familiarity with agile and lean methodologies.
- A track record of successful digital product design projects.
