State Licensed Patient Support Nurse

A company is looking for a Patient Support Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers regarding therapeutic areas

Establish and maintain rapport with patients and healthcare providers in a telephonic setting

Coordinate financial options for patients in need and maintain accurate patient account records in a digital CRM

Required Qualifications

AD or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN, RN) with a valid nursing license

Four or more years of nursing experience; telephonic experience is a plus

Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and healthcare billing

Experience with a digital CRM is required

Must be eligible to obtain licensure in all 50 states
