Senior Portfolio Accountant - Leading Asset Management Company Our client is a leading U.S. alternative asset management company, unique for its focus on commercial real estate (CRE) and related businesses, strengthened by over 600 real estate professionals in more than 30 offices nationwide who manage over $37 billion in assets under management and leverage more than 35 years of institutional experience.

Senior Portfolio Accountant Responsibilities :
- Prepare, generate and review financial reports and supporting work papers monthly, quarterly, and annually on a GAAP basis
- Handle all financial aspects of several portfolios of senior living communities
- Assist in the internal audit process
- Assist with the preparation and review of SEC filings and related public disclosures
Senior Portfolio Accountant Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with a 3.0 minimum GPA
- 3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency with Property Management / Accounting software. Yardi preferred
- Strong analytical skills and strong attention to detail
