Job Summary : You will be responsible for providing in-home services to children, adolescents, and their families to increase family stabilization.
Assure departmental objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally.
$58-$68 per hour and Mileage Reimbursement!Location : Bergen or Essex CountyWhat You Will Do : Provide short-term in-home counseling services to children and families who are presenting with behavioral and relational challengesDocument in designated electronic health record promptlyCommunicate and collaborate with system partners, children's families, and team members to benefit youth and familiesProvide individual and family therapy to establish family stabilizationWhat We Need to See : A licensed or provisionally licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LAC, LCADC or MFTBilingual (Spanish, Korean, or Polish speaking preferred), ABA, or sign language a plusOne (1) year of work experience with children and adolescent populationsA valid driver's license and must be insurable under Agency's automobile insurance policyWhat We Offer : Great pay ($58 - $68 / hr.
