Job Title : Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionPerform preventative maintenance as scheduled daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly using a PM computer system and paperwork.
Understand and execute full equipment breakdowns in any necessary PM event. Determine any frequency change in PM structure for the production equipment based on knowledge and experience.
Lead training for team members on all plant-wide PMs. Assist in the planning and execution of repairing and / or replacing facility equipment, such as compressors, boilers, and HVAC units.
Check electrical room for nonfunctioning components (VFDs, switches / breakers, etc.). Perform assigned day-to-day repairs including major plumbing, production lighting, doors and associated hardware, building equipment, and systems.
