We are seeking a seasoned Amazon Performance Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of Amazon's 1P (Vendor Central), 1P (Seller Central), and FBA platforms, DSP advertising, and experience managing high-profile brands.
This role will focus on creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand visibility on Amazon.
You'll work closely with B2B and B2C clients to optimize their presence on Amazon, leveraging various tools and analytics to boost performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for Amazon (1P, 3P, FBA, DSP) to meet sales, visibility, and profitability goals.
Manage Amazon DSP campaigns, including programmatic advertising, remarketing, and display campaigns.Utilize Amazon tools and data (, Brand Analytics, ARA, and AMS) to drive optimizations, increase conversions, and maximize ROAS.
Collaborate with B2B and B2C clients to create tailored strategies aligned with brand goals, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless FBA operations, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
Identify and test new ad formats, placements, and creative approaches to optimize ad performance.Build and maintain relationships with Amazon account managers and leverage their resources to optimize account performance.
Lead A / B testing and other experimental initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, content, and sales teams to align on campaign goals and ensure consistent branding.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus).Relevant certifications are a plus5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years focused on Amazon marketing (3P, 1P, FBA, DSP).
Proven track record managing Amazon accounts for well-known brands, with experience in B2B and B2C markets.Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising tools (AMS, DSP, Brand Analytics) and strategies to drive conversions.
Strong analytical skills with experience using Amazon data (ARA Premium, Brand Analytics, and other Amazon tools).Hands-on experience with inventory and FBA operations and knowledge of Amazon's fulfillment and logistics network.
Ability to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs.Proficient in data analysis tools (, Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with third-party analytics and DSP management tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders.Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically $120-165K plus bonus. However, we are willing to send qualified candidates over budget.
