Qualifications :
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution and admission to the California bar· Excellent legal research and writing abilities
- Must be able to travel frequently on a national scale
- Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team on behalf of injured clients
- Ability to work under a deadline in a fast-paced environment;
- Commitment to plaintiff's work, while demonstrating good judgment
- Case management responsibilities include written discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions experience (preferred)
- Trial work as a second chair (preferred)
