Job Description
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatment according to company policy and regulations.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain professional nursing standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a professional nursing program with current RN license.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
- 1-3 years of previous clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement concepts and principles.
