Position Overview :
As an Assistant Project Manager (APM), you’ll play a key role in managing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects.
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and our talented field teams to ensure each project meets its quality, budget, and timeline goals.
What You’ll Do :
- Project Planning : Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Coordination : Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of milestones.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records, contracts, change orders, and other essential project documents.
- Quality Control : Help oversee site inspections and ensure projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving : Address project challenges and provide timely solutions to keep the workflow on track.
- Cost Management : Assist in managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and handling cost control measures.

- HVAC / Plumbing Knowledge : Your background in HVAC, plumbing, and piping will make you a standout when working on MEP-heavy projects.

- Communication Savvy : Clear, effective communication is your strong suit, whether it’s talking to the team on-site or reporting to stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, with exposure to project management.
- Understanding of blueprints, construction methods, and safety regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
