Responsibilities :
- Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations (air, water, waste).
- Manage Title V permits and compliance.
- Manage Stormwater and Wastewater Systems.
- Manage waste regulation (Hazardous and Non-hazardous).
- Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Work with Agencies (local, state, and federal) environmental agencies as required including the preparation of permits and applications, waste generator registrations, regulatory plans, reporting, inspections, and notifications.
- Provide compliance reports to local, state, and federal agencies at the required frequency.
- Assist other HSEQ personnel in the preparation of monthly / semi-annual / annual reports.
Qualifications :
- B.S. Chemical Engineering / Environmental Science or related technical field.
- 5+ years EHS experience in an industrial setting.
- Experience with state and federal environmental regulations, continuous emissions monitoring systems, spill prevention control and countermeasure, stormwater pollution prevention, waste management, wastewater, and air compliance programs.
- Excellent Communication, Organization, Management and Leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Capital Projects.
