Responsibilities :

  • Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local environmental regulations (air, water, waste).
  • Manage Title V permits and compliance.
  • Manage Stormwater and Wastewater Systems.
  • Manage waste regulation (Hazardous and Non-hazardous).
  • Identify non-compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Work with Agencies (local, state, and federal) environmental agencies as required including the preparation of permits and applications, waste generator registrations, regulatory plans, reporting, inspections, and notifications.
  • Provide compliance reports to local, state, and federal agencies at the required frequency.
  • Assist other HSEQ personnel in the preparation of monthly / semi-annual / annual reports.

Qualifications :

  • B.S. Chemical Engineering / Environmental Science or related technical field.
  • 5+ years EHS experience in an industrial setting.
  • Experience with state and federal environmental regulations, continuous emissions monitoring systems, spill prevention control and countermeasure, stormwater pollution prevention, waste management, wastewater, and air compliance programs.
  • Excellent Communication, Organization, Management and Leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Capital Projects.
