Leveraging outside sales experience, excellent communication skills and a results driven mentality, the Market Sales Executive / Dealer Relations Manager will build and grow the Crescent Bank brand and auto dealer relationships to increase loan originations and grow our dealer base.
This role is a fit for someone who loves to cultivate relationships with auto dealerships, can communicate loan programs in an exciting and impactful style, and loves to watch the number of applications and funded loans grow month to month.
What we are looking for :
To be successful in this position, a person should be an excellent communicator with some experience in the sub-prime indirect auto loan industry.
Outside sales experience, excellent time management skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptable will be critical for achieving success in this position.

Additional Information :
- Solid knowledge of outside sales, credit and funding processes in consumer finance and / or indirect automotive lending
- Bachelor's degree (B.A) or 5 years related lending experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years outside sales, credit and funding processes in consumer finance and / or indirect automotive lending experience, sub-prime lending experience very beneficial.
- Local knowledge and relationships with existing automotive dealerships a plus
