We are looking to hire a Dental Assistant who is excited about a fun and rewarding career in Orthodontics! This position would support our three Southwest Missouri offices in Springfield, Nixa, and Republic.
Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist orthodontists during orthodontic procedures, including placing and removing orthodontic brackets, archwires, and bands.
- Take accurate scans / impressions of patients' teeth for the creation of orthodontic appliances.
- Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and provide instructions for appliance care.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment charts, progress notes, and digital imaging.
