Texas Licensed Loan Partner

A company is looking for a Remote Mortgage Loan Partner & Processor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key milestones of loan files and maintain communication with borrowers, realtors, and third parties

Gather and verify borrower documentation to ensure a complete loan package for underwriting

Track loan pipelines and ensure all deadlines for approvals, appraisals, and closings are met

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 3+ years of recent residential mortgage experience, preferably as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Partner

Deep understanding of conventional, FHA, and VA loan products and documentation requirements

Proficiency in LOS systems, with Encompass preferred

A high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
