Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Busy Cardiology Office in Suffolk County looking for a Nuclear Technologist.
Must be ARRT (N) , New York State Licensed.
No evenings, no weekends. Tue & Fri. ( with availability to cover Vacations)
Biligual in Spanish a plus, but not necessary.
- Explain medical procedures to patients and answer any questions they may have.
- Follow safety procedures to protect the patients and themselves from unnecessary radiation exposure.
- Prepare and administer radioactive drugs to patients.
- Monitor and watch for any unusual reactions patients may have to drugs.
- Operate imaging equipment.
- Maintain detailed procedure records.
- Follow safety and disposal radiation procedures.
- Knowledge & certification of starting IV a must.

Pay : $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
