Job Description

  • Embed with the client to coordinate and execute a number of programs associated with client engagement.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Ensure all program activities are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate across various functions including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service to support the development and execution of loyalty and cobrand programs.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure seamless program implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Utilize experience with loyalty and cobrand programs to drive program success.
  • Recommend and implement best practices to enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work primarily from the office - 4 days a week.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, program management, or a related role.
  • Experience with loyalty and cobrand programs a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

The starting pay range for this role is $23 / ph- $26.50 / ph. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
