LPN Description

Seeking an experienced nurse passionate about working in a multi-specialty clinic.

Work under the supervision of the Nurse Manager to evaluate and triage patients.

Support the healthcare team and contribute to organizational success.

Provide direct patient care and administer medications.

Monitor patient conditions and report changes.

LPN Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under supervision.

Take vital signs and perform medical procedures.

Assist with exams and procedures.

Maintain accurate patient records.

Participate in community outreach events.

Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

LPN Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Licensed Practical Nurse NJ State / Multi Compact License required.

Basic CPR certification required.

Phlebotomy skills required.

Bilingual / fluent in Spanish preferred.
