Area Branch Manager

We are the nations leader in commercial kitchen service and repair!
POSITION SUMMARY :
Manage customer special needs and projects.
Manage field service technicians and office support staff to ensure the quality of work, appearance, and professionalism.
Assist Dispatcher with technician schedules and maintain communication between office and field.
Review and evaluate technicians operational performance.
Assist with the development of technicians skills and hiring additional manpower as needed.
Review and approve timesheets for hourly employees.
Understanding of contractual agreements, operational parameters for each contract and warranty customer.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels on trucks and in warehouses
Maintain safety standards, policies, and procedures.
SKILL & EXPERIENCE :
5 YEARS OF RECENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN SERVICE-RELATED INDUSTRY
Experience managing a profit and loss, budgeting and forecasting
Efficient with Microsoft Office including Excel
Experience in sales building including cold call selling
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service
